All products sold at ThePDFDen are instant digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or delivered.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
However, we do want you to be happy. If you experienced a technical issue — such as a file that failed to download, a corrupted file, or you were charged but never received your product — please contact us at support@thepdfden.com within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases (please double-check before buying)
- Dissatisfaction with content after downloading
